Impacting the construction industry and the community around him is a passion of J. Michael Kemp, Sr., President & CEO of Kemp Management Solutions. Mike is committed to ensuring that KMS provides high quality service while maintaining a connection with the community. Mike has planned and managed more than 1500 construction projects valued at more than $6.8 billion. With a commitment to excellence and leadership combined with his industry experience, Mike is able to provide relevant consulting to our clients and guidance to the KMS organization. Mike is heavily involved with several non-profits and is a board member with IberiaBank (Advisory Board), Business Council of Alabama (Executive Committee), REV Birmingham (Executive Committee) just to name a few. Mike has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
Director of Project Delivery
As Director of Project Delivery, Mitchell is responsible for overall project execution on all KMS accounts. He has a wide range of experience in healthcare, financial institutions, higher education, commercial and heavy industrial construction. Mitchell brings over 13 years of experience to the KMS team. Throughout his career, Mitchell has managed a large volume of construction nationally and provides a focus on the details that clients can count on. Mitchell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Auburn University (War Eagle!).
